Your responsibilities will include: • Cooking and smashing burgers on the grill to specification, • Preparing and cooking other menu items and sides, • Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards, • Managing multiple orders during busy service, • Preparing and maintaining your station before, during and after service, • Completing food preparation and stock rotation, • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards, • Monitoring stock levels and communicating shortages, • Following allergen and food safety procedures, • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly, • Cleaning down equipment and kitchen areas at the end of service Who We’re Looking For Experience working on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, but attitude is just as important to us as experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous dessert café management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping to grow an exciting brand. As Café Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, from leading the team and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards to developing children's party packages, driving sales, and contributing to the continued growth of the Krave brand. About You: We are looking for someone who has: Previous management experience within a dessert café, ice cream parlour or similar hospitality environment. A proven track record of leading successful teams. Experience organising children's parties or family-focused events. Strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
