They operate a unique partnership model with salons, focusing on: • exclusivity (not products sold everywhere online), • long-term relationships 🧠 The Role This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you will: • Identify and approach new business opportunities, • Walk into salons and open conversations with business owners, • Build strong, long-term relationships, • Introduce a premium brand and partnership model, • Win new accounts (target: approx. 3 per month) 👤 What We’re Looking For We’re not looking for a specific industry background - we’re looking for the right person.
