We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our team. This full-time hybrid role is based in Heywood, with the flexibility to work from home on selected days. You will act as a key point of contact for customers of both Perfume Direct and Reward & Gifts, ensuring all interactions reflect our high service standards. This is a vital role within the organisation and serves as a strong stepping stone into future opportunities across the group—including sales, purchasing, marketing, operations, and finance. Key Responsibilities • Manage customer enquiries for both Perfume Direct and Reward & Gifts via phone, email, live chat, and marketplace messaging, • Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention, • Process orders, returns, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail, • Support sales administration tasks including order processing, product listings, and marketplace communications, • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems, • Assist with marketplace channels including Amazon, eBay, Mirakl, and other ecommerce platforms, • Work closely with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution and a seamless end-to-end customer experience, • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, customer‑centric working environmentQualifications & Skills, • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar customer‑facing role, • Strong commitment to delivering excellent Customer Experience, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle enquiries efficiently, • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office) and CRM/customer management platforms, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, • Graduate calibre preferred, • Knowledge of Marketplace Management (Amazon, eBay, Mirakl) is highly desirable, • Experience in ecommerce, retail, or fragrance/beauty sectors is advantageousWhat We Offer, • Competitive salary, • Hybrid working arrangement, • Career development opportunities across multiple departments, • Supportive and collaborative team culture Please submit your CV and cover letter to our recruitment team - Email
