Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools (Croydon) Full-time | Monday-Friday Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and thrive in education? We are seeking dedicated, proactive Behaviour Mentors to join a range of progressive and inclusive secondary schools across Croydon. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional social, emotional or behavioural support. You will help them develop positive coping strategies, improve engagement in lessons and build the foundations they need for long-term success.
