We are working with a highly ambitious client who are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all of their online activity. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making, understands that the website is a key sales channel, and can translate insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and profitability. You will take ownership of the digital marketing function, from the website and social media to email campaigns and paid media, ensuring all activity is aligned with business objectives. Managing budgets, generating reports, and leading a high-performing team will be central to your success. Key Responsibilities: Devise and execute an annual digital marketing strategy that drives online sales and supports broader business goals. Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly, producing reports to track KPIs and channel performance. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated to the most profitable areas. Continuously optimise the website to improve key metrics such as average order value, conversion rate, and basket completions, working closely with the E-Commerce Manager. Oversee paid media campaigns across social and search, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Lead social media content creation for paid and organic channels, collaborating with the Design team and Digital Marketing Executive. Supervise email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely production and brand consistency. Manage relationships with third-party partners, including Shopify and SEO agencies. Implement processes to ensure efficient production and delivery of digital marketing campaigns. Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance. Stay ahead of emerging digital technologies, seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to shape strategy and innovation.
