Behaviour Mentor - KS1 & KS2\n Location: Nottingham, West Bridgford\n Pay: £110 - £115 per day\n Contract: Full-time, long-term\n Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday\n Start Date: ASAP\n\nLong Term Futures are recruiting for an experienced and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in a Nottingham primary school. This role is ideal for someone committed to making a difference, supporting children who are currently disengaged from education to build confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours.\n\nYou will work with pupils with SEND needs such as ASD and ADHD, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom to improve behaviour and academic engagement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide 1:1 and small group support for KS1 & KS2 pupils\nDeliver targeted SEMH support to build confidence and self-esteem\nAdapt activities to meet individual learning needs\nLead interventions and inclusion support groups\nManage and de-escalate challenging behaviour effectively\nFollow safeguarding and health & safety proceduresRequirements:\n\nExperience working with children with behavioural or SEND needs\nPatient, adaptable, and resilient approach\nAbility to build strong relationships quickly\nBackground in education, youth work, or care settings\nDBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Why Apply?\n\nLong-term, stable role with potential for permanence\nSupportive school environment and leadership team\nWeekly pay and free CPD opportunities\nOngoing support from a dedicated consultantNext Steps\n Apply today with your CV to arrange a trial day with the school.
