Our Back Your Future Programme is designed to help young people gain essential skills, build confidence, and secure meaningful employment or further education opportunities. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and job readiness training, we equip young people with the tools they need to succeed. We are now recruiting young people to volunteer and participate in the Back Your Future Program. This in-person program will provide you with direct support to improve your job readiness, gain new skills, and get closer to securing a job or training.
Our training programme provides: - Customer service training and work experience - 1:1 career mentoring - CV workshops and job application support - Employability skills training - Corporate employer sessions with industry experts - Access to jobs & training across a range of sectors - Wellbeing sessions with trained practitioner What You’ll Gain:
