Overview WK Webster, a Gallagher Bassett company, is seeking a Case Assistant to support our team and contribute to the efficient running of the department. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive comprehensive training, and grow into a case handler role! How you'll make an impact As a Claims Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Entering and maintaining accurate data in case and document management systems, • Registering new claims and uploading relevant documentation, • Organising incoming documents and correspondence in line with internal protocols, • Liaising with the Accounts team to arrange timely payments and manage financial documentation, • Preparing client reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Monitoring inboxes and assisting with general case administration, • You’re an organised individual with excellent time management skills, • You’ll be able to communicate effectively via email and phone correspondence, • You can demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), • You work well independently and as part of a team On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
