Location: 227 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 Hours : Part-time (including early mornings and weekends) duties: Prepare and cook a small, quality-focused breakfast and brunch menu (e.g. eggs, toast, pancakes, sandwiches, salads). Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation. Manage prep, cooking, and plating during morning service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing food waste. Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team. Help with menu ideas and specials if interested. Support other team members when needed — we’re a tight-knit crew! Requirements: Experience cooking breakfast/brunch in a café, restaurant, or similar. Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen hygiene. Ability to work solo or as part of a small team. Punctual, organized, and able to handle a busy morning rush.
