Role Purpose\n Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Minibus Driver to join our dedicated team! This role goes beyond just driving; you’ll be a friendly face for our students, ensuring they travel safely to and from school while fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues. \n As a Minibus Driver, you will: \n\n • Transport students safely and efficiently, ensuring every journey meets the highest standards of care and professionalism.\n, • Support students' attendance, wellbeing, and access to education, while positively representing the school in the local community.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\n, • Safely transport students to and from school and other approved locations.\n, • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.\n, • Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all transport and road safety regulations.\n, • Conduct vehicle checks and promptly report any defects, hazards, or concerns.\n, • Maintain accurate records and comply with driver hours, CPC, and transport regulations.\n, • Support the school's safeguarding culture by reporting any concerns appropriately.\nWhat You Will Bring\n\n, • A full UK driving licence (minimum 24 months), D1 PCV entitlement, and valid Driver CPC.\n, • Experience in driving passenger-carrying vehicles safely and professionally.\n, • A confident communicator who builds positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.\n, • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.\n, • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.\n, • A dedication to safeguarding, wellbeing, and supporting young people.\nAbout Blenheim Schools\n Blenheim Schools is a growing family of innovative, high-quality independent schools dedicated to enabling outstanding futures for every student.
