Assistant Pub Manager (Full-Time) Salary: £33,000 per annum + Live-in Opportunity I am recruiting for a welcoming, family-run pub looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Pub Manager to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant venue that serves quality food and drinks, and hosts regular events including quizzes and community gatherings. The Role As Assistant Pub Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities • Support the Pub Manager in the smooth operation of the business, • Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example, • Help manage staff, including training and rota planning, • Oversee food and drink service to ensure high standards, • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling, • Support the organisation of events such as quiz nights and special functions, • Step up to manage the pub in the absence of the Manager About You • Previous experience in hospitality or pub management, • Passionate about customer service and creating great experiences, • Positive, energetic, and a strong team player, • Well organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends What’s on Offer • Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, • Live-in accommodation available, • Supportive, family-run environment, • Opportunity to grow within the business, • A fun and dynamic workplace
