We're looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Support Officer to support the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services across our housing stock. What you’ll do • Support high-quality responsive repairs, voids and cyclical maintenance services., • Monitor contractor performance to ensure works are on time, on budget and to standard., • Maintain accurate housing, repairs and compliance systems., • Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre to correctly diagnose and schedule repairs., • Liaise with customers, contractors and colleagues to keep workflows moving., • Assist with inspections, work orders, specifications and invoice processing., • Produce clear reports and analysis on spend, volumes and customer satisfaction., • Help manage Right to Repair cases, Environmental Health Orders and specialist surveys., • Support contract management to ensure value for money., • Keep asset, risk and compliance records up to date., • Resolve customer complaints proactively and professionally., • Knowledge of repairs & maintenance within the housing sector., • Understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements., • Experience using housing, repairs, compliance or asset management systems., • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)., • Methodical, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team., • A strong commitment to excellent customer service., • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
