Role Details Role / Job Title: UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Techno Functional Lead Consultant Work Location: Reading, UK Mode of Working: Hybrid Office Requirement: 3 days The Role Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation (configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K users, multiple countries, 1000+ stores ) Hands on Experience with: WFD Configuration of Business Structure Time Keeping Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting Analytics & Reports Device Configuration Mobile configuration Experience with following modules in UKG Pro WFM: Timekeeper Accruals Leave Attendance Attestation Advanced Scheduler Activities Business Structure Release Management HyperFind queries Workforce Genies and calendars Data Access Control Concepts Custom Reports Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis. Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM . Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc. Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems. Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements. Develop documentation for systems and processes . Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience 8+ years of UKG with experience of support and enhancements UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred) Experience in Kronos WFC Independent and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations Good to Have Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in support project and customer facing roles Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) TPBN1_UKTJ
