CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - Beauty Industry, Global Beauty Company Location: Office Based: Acton, London Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm based in the office) Salary: £28,000-30,000 per annum We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys delivering exceptional service to clients and retailers. Key Responsibilities: • Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch., • Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with retailers, stocklists, and professional clients, including spas, hotels, clinics, and boutiques., • Handling Enquiries & Complaints: Respond to web enquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner., • Logistics Coordination: Organise and manage post and deliveries via Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and other courier services., • Office Management: Oversee general administrative tasks such as ordering stationery, employee discounts, managing emails, and handling phone calls. Skills & Experience Required: • Experience using Sage 200 is preferred but not necessary., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Experience in customer service or administration is desirable., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen attention to detail.
