About the Role You will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a warm, professional and welcoming reception service. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Yorkshire and Humberside, Sheffield City Key Responsibilities • Visit properties to carry out residential and commercial property surveys., • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule property inspections., • Oversee team diaries and booking schedules to maintain smooth workflow., • Ensure customer outcomes through effective scheduling and communication., • Assist with complaints and queries to support timely resolution., • Measure properties accurately and produce floor plans, technical drawings, and lease plans., • Prepare property elevations for planning permission applications., • Collect accurate site information and measurements., • Liaise professionally with estate agents, landlords, and property owners., • Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism while working independently., • Identify improvement opportunities in scheduling processes and team productivity.
