We are looking for an experienced waiters who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to our guests/customersRole:1) Customer Service (Face to face), table service.2) Taking orders, up-sell, serve deserts and drinks and take shishas to customers table,3) Change Coal and ensure shishas are smooth, flavoursome and tasting well. **As a Waiter you will be expected to: Have excellent product knowledge with the ability to provide the highest level of service to all customers at all times during serviceYou will have the ability to run a section and effectively.Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely set up of the lounge for service time.We expect our waiting team to effectively support the manager in the lounge to ensure customers always leave fully satisfied. **We are ideally looking for candidates who are: Experience of working in quality restaurants, shisha lounges ideally with dining experiencePassionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hardKeen to progress their career in a quality lounge environmentAble to work effectively as part of a teamexperienced shisha maker ,who knows how to make that perfect smooth Shisha. The right person will be a team player with natural hospitality and leadership skills. As the first point of contact for the lounge customers the right candidate will have impeccable customer service skills, balanced with and informal approach and charming personality. It is a demanding role in a 100+ cover lounge so at least two years' experience in a similar role is essential. You should be fluent in English, passionate about deserts,beverages and hospitality.
