Customer Service Representative Location: Bishop’s Stortford (on-site) Salary: £24,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days a week (flexible hours available) Start: Immediate Love motorcycles and great customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice (and sometimes face) of Goldtop, helping our customers before and after they order their new gear. You’ll be based in-house at our brand-new 3500 sq ft warehouse on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford, working closely with a small, tight-knit team who share a passion for motorcycles and clothing design. What you’ll be doing • Be the first point of contact for customer queries by email and phone, • Help customers with product questions, sizing advice, and orders, • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds smoothly and professionally, • Occasionally take orders and queries over the phone, • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure everything runs like clockwork, • Share customer feedback to help us improve how we do things What we’re looking for • At least 2 years experience in a customer service or e-commerce role, • A friendly, professional communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people, • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple queries, • A passion for motorcycles is a big bonus (we’d love that!), • Full driving license or motorcycle license preferred, • Full UK resident with right-to-work essential What’s in it for you • Competitive salary (£24,000–£27,500 depending on experience), • Flexible hours and supportive team environment, • Staff discount on all Goldtop gear, • Real opportunity to grow into a Support Manager role as we expand and continue to grow

The Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help expand our reach. This role combines telesales, customer site visits, and live product demonstrations. It will suit a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and delivering solutions in a technical B2B environment.
