We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. This is a paid position. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and compassionate care for children in our after school club - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times - Maintain a clean and organised childcare environment - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing daily routines and activities Skills: - Strong leadership abilities to guide and supervise children effectively - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience working with children in a childcare setting - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and staff members - Ability to provide nurturing care and support to children of various ages - Proficient in English language - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities effectively - Valid driver's license (if applicable) Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
