Role: SHEQ Coach Region: South West Package: £35k - 38k + Car / Allowance + Bonus This organisation has grown significantly in the last 12 months, securing new contracts, expanding its national footprint, and welcoming a wave of new employees. To support this growth, they are creating new roles within their SHEQ team, including a SHEQ Coach to cover the South West region. The Role As SHEQ Coach, you’ll be instrumental in embedding a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. You’ll: • Carry out site visits, internal audits, and inspections across the region, • Support ISO accreditations (45001, 50001, and more), • Drive improvements in incident and near-miss reporting, • Coach and guide operational teams on SHEQ policies and processes, • Lead on investigations and corrective actions to improve safety standards This is a role with real autonomy; you’ll be out on-site, influencing change and making an impact every day.
