About the Field Service Engineer role: Our field-based engineers are our first line of defence ensuring the proper installation, maintenance and repair of equipment working to the highest standards, meeting our customers' needs. With training you will be responsible for: Installing a wide of espresso coffee machines. Attending faults, diagnosing problems and making repairs. Undertaking planned maintenance activities. Ordering parts and replacement units. Completing records and reports on machine status and services. Liaising with customers and our service desk. Explaining machine faults, findings and repairs undertaken to customers. It would be great if you had: A full UK driving licence (essential). A basic understanding of electricity and ability to understand equipment drawings / diagrams. Experience in the maintenance of electrical equipment or as an electrician.
