Job Purpose As a Graduate Pre-Sales Technician, you will support the sales, bidding, and award of new Integrated Show Systems projects within the themed entertainment and location-based entertainment sectors. You will join the Pre-Sales Team with an existing technical foundation gained through further or higher education in engineering or a related discipline. The role focuses on developing and applying technical knowledge within a commercial environment, supporting proposals, quotations, and technical bid documentation. Key Responsibilities • Supporting the preparation of RFP responses, proposals, and bid submissions, • Assisting with the organisation, quality control, and versioning of bid documentation and folder structures, • Supporting quotation development by coordinating technical inputs, • Learning how project plans and labour estimates are developed during pre-sales, • Writing, reviewing, and formatting technical and supporting proposal copy, • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems, • Applying technical knowledge to support pre-sales system concepts, • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to inform bid responses, • Assisting with pre-award technical documentation, including system descriptions and facility impacts, • Supporting internal bid reviews and responses to technical clarifications, • Working with sales, the Pre-Sales Team, and engineering colleagues across regions and time zones to meet client-controlled submission deadlines Skills, Qualifications & Experience • Education in engineering or an Audio Visual–related industry discipline, with an existing technical foundation within Holovis’ field of delivery, • Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills, • Comfortable working to client-controlled deadlines in a commercial environment, • Confident using standard office software, • Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam Revu is helpful but not required About You • You have the right to live and work in the UK, • You are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities, • You have an interest in themed entertainment or immersive environments, • You are open to international travel as required
