To manage the production of our 360Golf product, on time, to budget and quality through effective resource optimisation and the application of robust project management. The role involves: • Liaising directly with Project Managers and technical teams at all levels of seniority, • Managing projects and the production of product for those projects, • Delivering 360Golf projects on time, on budget and to the required quality Responsibilities: • Project Management:, • Delivery of projects, • Identifying and managing dependencies which may affect the success of the project, including 3rd party activities, • Establishing and agreeing baseline project scope, budget and timescales, • Identifying and managing project RAID criteria, • Assigning, controlling, leading and motivating all project resources, • Managing stakeholder expectations through regular reporting, communication and an effective project audit trail, • Scheduling, tracking, and generating invoices for projects., • People Management:, • Matrix managing a project team to deliver the project, • Planning and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones, • Setting achievable objectives, taking responsibility for decisions and for providing constructive feedback, • Communicating difficult or sensitive information tactfully to colleagues and clients., • Technical Understanding:, • Developing a deep understanding of the 360Golf product and market, • Experience working with project planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Runn, JIRA, etc. Qualifications: • Industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, etc. preferred, • Experience of having managed production projects end to end, with full budget responsibility, • The role is based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, you must have the right to live and work in the UK. Required Skills: • Project management skills, • Strong communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills: • Experience with Agile methodologies, • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
