Responsibilities • Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn., • Plan and manage the production of high-quality photo and video content, working with internal staff, freelance photographers and videographers., • Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, stories, and campaigns., • Monitor social trends, community sentiment, and relevant topics to inform content decisions and stay ahead of the curve., • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support vehicle promotions, event coverage, partnerships, and brand initiatives., • Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across all platforms., • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry partners., • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics and adjust strategy to improve engagement and reach., • Manage paid social campaigns and budgets, with a focus on ROI and lead generation. Skills & Experience • 2+ years of professional experience as a social media manager or closely related role, ideally within the luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors., • Proven ability to grow and engage audiences organically and through paid efforts., • Strong knowledge of content trends, reels/short-form video creation, and platform algorithms., • Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)., • Photography and video editing skills are a bonus., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Passion for cars, especially supercars, is highly desirable.
