As a Chef you are the person who manages your kitchen section and contributes to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen alongside the Ramen Chef and Head Ramen Chef. We expect a lot, but we give a lot too – in return for all the hard work, you’ll be paid well and get some cool benefits. Key Responsibilities • Ensure the food you serve is of a high, consistent quality
• Ensure the Health and Safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived
• Monitor quality and availability of products and provided
• Hit agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), which include;
o Mystery Shopper results
o Health, Safety and Hygiene results (Surefoot/EHO)
o Operational Checks
• Ensure all security procedures are adhered to
• Complete all necessary documentation to company standard (e.g. Trail)
