As a Mobile HGV Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of heavy goods vehicles. What You'll Be Doing: • Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on HGVs, • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, • Performing inspections and safety checks in line with DVSA standards, • Attending breakdowns and providing roadside assistance when required, • Completing all job documentation accurately and efficiently, • Delivering excellent customer service while working independently in the field What We're Looking For: • Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician, • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, • Relevant qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (preferred), • Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential), • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively, • Positive attitude and commitment to high standards of workmanship What's On Offer: • Competitive pay of £18.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience, • Company van and fuel card provided, • Flexible shift options, • Overtime opportunities available, • Ongoing training and career development, • Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression
