Salary: £55,000.00 per year Working hours: 37.5 contracted hours Working pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate weekends Location: Kingston (KT1 2TQ) • To provide leadership and be competent to support the staff., • Supervision of all staff involved in 'care services' either directly or through Registered Nurses and Team Leaders to ensure quality standards are met., • To be part of the Home's Management Team with a lead responsibility for management, support and direction of care services, medication and clinical standards., • You will be expected to be part of the nursing rota for the home and work a number of nurse shifts per week as required., • To undertake assessments, • Degree in Nursing or recognised nursing qualification, • Registration with the NMC, • Maintaining and following NMC re-validation process.
