Anchor Build is a small but fast growing specialist building company that builds high end one off projects and also delivers specialist build and adaption project to the profoundly disabled in home care via local councils and OT's. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, dedicated and loyal person to oversee and manage the office needs of the business. We require someone who can look after the social media side of the business plus some other areas of marketing. You would be asked to manage sub contractors, time sheets, project cost tracking, some simple accounts input work. The accounts system we run is Xero. Whilst previous use would be ideal, it is not a must. You would need to be able to travel to work in a car and on some days you would be working alone in the office. The Kisumu Children Trust is a small registered Christian charity (Number 1091477) and for the past 209 years or so has been helping orphans / abandoned and other destitute children in the Kisumu area of Kenya with loving Christian care, education, health and Bible teaching. Details of all we do may be found on our website: www.kisumuchildren.org.uk Our administrator / bookkeeper for the past 15years is now retiring and we care looking for someone to take her place. The post is paid, employed or self-employed, and part-time, at present two days ;per week, but we are totally flexible. The post involves office administration, bookkeeping, sponsorship organisation, producing and emailing our (already written) monthly prayer news, mailing our quarterly newssheet and acknowledging gifts. Our present administrator prefers working from home, but we are happy to rent a small office if that would be more convenient for any applicant. A Job Description is available.
