We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Street Burger – Reading. Street Burger - Reading, situated in the heart of Reading town centre by the Riverside at The Oracle Shopping Centre, serves up the best burgers, seasoned fries and indulgent desserts, alongside amazing shakes, cheeky cocktails and more. What you do as a Chef de Partie: - You pride yourself on running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences - You are confident in managing, training and passing on your Chef de Partie knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
