Our story Back in 2019 in Paris, two friends, Charles and Victor, opened a brasserie together - the kind of place Parisians disappear into for a 3 hour lunch. The role As a Bartender, you'll work behind the bar and prepare drinks throughout the day, from coffee and classic cocktails to wine and soft drinks. You'll set up the bar for the service, making sure everything from garnishes and ice to glassware and stock is ready for a busy shift. During service, you'll work through orders quickly and carefully, making sure every drink is prepared to the right standard and looks great. Our bar sits at the front of the restaurant, so you'll also interact with our guests and bring positive energy. At the end of service, you'll help clean, organise and close the bar, leaving everything ready for the next day.
