OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Verify the conformity of component parts and assemblies. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Inspect parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable data package requirements, using a range of measuring equipment including micrometres, verniers, and faro arms., • Inspect component parts to verify applicable machine tool set up processes,, • Inspect component parts and assemblies in accordance with batch sampling requirements,, • Complete formal First Article inspection activities,, • Complete component and assembly testing in accordance with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP),, • Process / complete non-conformance related documentation (when applicable),, • Support inspection related tasks / activities at non Ipeco locations (when required),, • Complete / authorise formal release certification (when required),, • To adhere to Company policies and procedures,, • To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health and Safety procedures, and, • To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required.
