Daytona Motorsport is recruiting for a: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/PURCHASE LEDGER Job Location: Daytona Sandown Park, Esher, Surrey Commencing: Immediate Reporting to: Finance Director Place in Organisation: Finance Team Hours: Full-time, office-based Salary: £28-£30k per annum for full time Daytona Motorsport is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger to join our busy Finance Team at Daytona Sandown Park. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong purchase ledger background who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. THE ROLE You’ll take ownership of the Group Purchase Ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. This includes: · Checking, coding, and inputting 150–200 invoices per week into Sage Accounts · Matching purchase orders to invoices and obtaining departmental approvals · Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries · Preparing weekly supplier payment runs (including international payments and expenses) · Managing employee expenses and credit card reconciliations · Completing weekly bank reconciliations and daily sales reconciliations · Maintaining supplier account details and office supplies · Supporting senior managers with ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We want a proactive, detail-focused individual who can manage a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency.
