Operations Supervisor Elland | Full-time | Permanent Are you ready to lead a team and ensure operational excellence? Do you have experience driving compliance and efficiency? Can you manage fast-paced operations with confidence? We are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor on behalf of our client in Elland. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills and a background in operations, manufacturing or logistics, who thrives on ensuring safety, quality and performance standards are met. What you'll be doing Oversee day-to-day warehouse and laboratory operations including goods-in, sample processing, packing, dispatch and stock management. Supervise and motivate operational teams, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and quality. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations (including COSHH, COMAH and PPE). Monitor workflows to ensure timely completion of client orders. Act as the link between operational teams and senior management, providing regular progress updates. Implement process improvements and drive continuous development across the site. What we're looking for Essential: Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good IT literacy with the ability to manage workflow and reporting systems. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Desirable: Experience with stock and order management systems.
