Field Sales Executive – Convenience Field-Based - Huddersfield & Halifax £28,000 + £1,500 Quarterly Bonus + Fully Expensed Vehicle We’re partnering with a fast-growing FMCG brand as it continues to expand across the UK. This is a high-energy, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your patch and drive performance across independent convenience retail. This isn’t a passive account management role. It’s about execution, visibility, and making a tangible difference in-store every day. The Role You’ll manage your territory like your own business — identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering against clear commercial targets. Key responsibilities include: • Increasing product availability and in-store presence, • Expanding product range within accounts, • Delivering standout in-store execution (POS, secondary displays), • Activating promotions to drive rate of sale, • Building and maintaining strong retailer relationships, • Feeding back real-time market insights, • Managing activity and reporting in line with company expectations This is a fast-paced, high-activity role where resilience, ownership, and consistency are critical to success.
