Location: Batley, WF17 Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Working Hours: 8am β 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday / 8am β 4pm, Friday Salary: Β£36,000 β Β£40,000 per annum Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer of custom rubber solutions, including rubber flooring, matting, sheets, mouldings, gaskets, and engineering services. They pride themselves on delivering durable, sustainable, and reliable products to customers across a wide range of industries. They are looking for a proactive and creative Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team and take ownership of their digital presence, customer engagement, and sales growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role, will have experience in the sales and marketing sector and will be highly motivated and driven. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Website Management: β’ Manage and update website content (Wix), ensuring accuracy and relevance., β’ Maintain and optimise product listings on the online shop., β’ Ensure website SEO is up to date and continuously improved., β’ Manage and optimise Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre campaigns to drive online sales and enquiries., β’ Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)., β’ Create engaging content to promote products, services, and company updates., β’ Proactively identify and reach out to potential new customers., β’ Support inbound inquiries and provide excellent customer service., β’ Prepare and present monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations., β’ Proven experience in sales and digital marketing (preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors)., β’ Strong knowledge of website management (Wix or similar CMS)., β’ Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Centre., β’ Social media management and content creation skills., β’ Excellent written communication (blogs, email campaigns, product content)., β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)., β’ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., β’ Opportunity to shape the digital and commercial growth of a well-established business., β’ Friendly, supportive team environment., β’ Competitive salary (based on experience).
