Retail Supervisor We’re looking for an experienced Retail supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our store and help lead a high-performing team. You’ll assist the Store Management with driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong standards across the shop floor. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example. Key responsibilities: • Supporting store operations and opening/closing when required, • Leading, motivating and supervising the team on shift, • Delivering great customer service and resolving customer issues, • Hitting sales targets and supporting KPIs, • Stock control, visual merchandising and store standards, • Training and supporting new and existing team members About you: • Previous retail supervisory experience - minimum 1 year, • Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment, • Customer-focused with strong communication skills, • Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays
