We're the local authority fostering team here in Flintshire - we're not a private agency. That means we're fully focused on the children in our area, and committed to finding them the right homes, here in their own communities. Some young people in and around Flintshire need a bit more than traditional foster care. They may be stepping down from residential care or high-support settings, and they need time, understanding, and calm, consistent support to help them adjust to family life. That's where you come in. Could you become a Lleol Transitions Foster Carer? We're looking for people who have experience - either personal or professional - in helping children and young people thrive. Maybe you've worked in schools, care homes, youth work, or healthcare. Maybe you've simply walked alongside children through challenging times. If you can provide a nurturing home and offer your full-time care, we'll be with you every step of the way.
