To work as part of a team to assist in providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children. To work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers and other multi professionals. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children in various age groups is highly desirable.
