Why do we need you? Due to an increase in demand, we are introducing a new shift at our Pasquill site in Redhill. We are therefore recruiting for several new operatives to join the team. We are building a talent pool for upcoming opportunities, with first stage interviews planned for mid-January. As an Operative you will be responsible for: · Working from drawings to produce large timber engineered products. · Organising cut timber efficiently to maintain production needs. · Learning to operate different power and hand tools to produce goods. · Operating machinery to ensure accuracy in the production of products. · Setting, maintaining, troubleshooting and operating equipment in line with COSHH regulations. · Accurately recording production information. We provide full training, so previous experience is not necessary. What matters most to us is the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
