Location: East Leake Loughborough Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week We are recruiting for an Assistant Leisure Centre Manager to assist in the delivery of the leisure service for the client, to open and / or close the Leisure Centre on a rotating shift pattern. You will manage the cleaning and reception teams to ensure a high standard and develop the Activ Kidz brand. You will ensure that the Leisure Centre is kept clean and presentable and manage new and existing bookings, including invoicing. The role requires you to assist in all aspects of health and safety within the Leisure Centre and roll out the monthly toolbox talks to the Leisure Staff. • Log annual leave, sickness and complete other line manager responsibilities for the cleaning and reception teams., • Play a pivotal role in the marketing plans for the Leisure Centre by working closely with the Leisure Centre Manager., • Open and close the Leisure facilities on time in accordance with the site procedures., • Complete analysis on customer comments each month and make recommendations for improvements., • Provide cover to the FM team for locking and unlocking the school facilities. To be successful in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role and excellent Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent customer service skills as well as time management skills with the ability to prioritise a changing and demanding workload. • NPLQ and Pool Plant Qualification, • Gym Level 2, • ASA Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification Mitie is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all employees to share this commitment.
