VR has a much higher quality bar than flat-screen games, because bugs can cause motion sickness, discomfort and broken immersion as well as crashes. You will own test strategy and delivery, and use AI to test faster and find problems earlier. Roles and Responsibilities • Define test strategy, plans and quality gates for each milestone (prototype, alpha, beta, certification, live)., • Estimate test effort, prioritise by risk and report quality status to producers, designers and engineering leads., • Maintain traceability between design requirements, test cases and defects., • Test gameplay, UI/UX, controls, hand tracking, controller input and multiplayer or social features., • Run regression, smoke, integration and exploratory testing on every build., • Verify save data, progression, in-app purchases, online services and backend integrations., • Evaluate comfort and motion sickness risk: locomotion methods, field of view, camera motion, snap and smooth turning, vignetting., • Test tracking, calibration, guardian/boundary behaviour, room-scale and seated modes., • Check spatial audio, haptics, interaction physics and object scale for immersion., • Test accessibility options such as one-handed play, seated mode, subtitles and comfort settings., • Run load, soak and stress tests on standalone and PC-tethered headsets and on multiplayer servers., • Profile memory, CPU/GPU use and loading times, working with engineers on bottlenecks., • Test across headsets, firmware versions, PC hardware tiers and store requirements (e.g., Meta Quest, SteamVR, PlayStation VR2, Pico)., • Run store certification and compliance checks and manage submission readiness., • Write clear, reproducible bug reports with video, logs and repro steps., • Triage defects, hold daily defect calls and track fixes to closure., • Report defect density, escape rate and fix-verification metrics.

We have lots of existing clients that visit the stall each weekend, plus a host of celebrity clients that pop in from time to time! We are looking to hire between 2-3 fun and motivated individuals to join our sales team representing this very special brand. This position is available only on both Saturdays and/or Sundays. Full training in given on the product and we are looking for chatty confident people as the markets can get quite busy. This is a really fun environment. We are based in Park Royal and the markets currently are at Queens Park, Primrose Hill, Marylebone, Nottinghill, Kensington , Victoria Park and Barnes. The job includes : Picking up the market equipment and stock in the morning of the market (Park Royal area, NW10 postcode) Driving to the selected market and setting up the stand, which consists of a table and table dressings, canopy and weights , and the pre-packed meals. Chatting to the customers and explaining the products (full training given) Taking payments when products are sold Closing down the stand (takes only five minutes) Returning the stand and left over stock to Park Royal. Trading hours are 10am - 2pm (with a little bit of set up time and breakdown time each side) It is really helpful if the applicants live in the area but not essential as they will need to drive to Park Royal to pick up the equipment needed. £85 plus commission for a really fun short day. COMMISSIONS ON TOP MOST OF OUR REGULAR TEAM MEMBERS EARN £300 PLUS PER WEEKEND FOR TWO SHIFTS. The applicant will need to have his or her own car. Congestion charges paid by the company. Key responsibilities will include: • Leading and developing SEND provision across the school, • Coordinating support for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, • Managing EHCP applications, reviews and individual provision plans, • Supporting and advising teachers on inclusive and adaptive teaching, • Leading, supporting and developing teaching assistants, • Monitoring interventions and pupil progress to ensure provision is having a positive impact, • Working closely with parents, the Local Authority and external professionals, • Supporting behaviour management and the emotional wellbeing of pupils, • Ensuring effective provision for vulnerable pupils, • Delivering SEND training, coaching and support to staff, • Contributing to safeguarding and the wider leadership of the school, • Collaborating with colleagues across the three-school federation to develop and share best practice About You ECM Recruitment would love to hear from candidates who: • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), • Have strong experience working with pupils with SEND within a primary school setting, • Hold the relevant SENCO qualification, or meet the requirements to undertake it, • Have a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, • Are confident managing EHCPs and working with external agencies, • Are an excellent classroom practitioner, • Have strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, • Can coach, support and inspire teachers and teaching assistants, • Are passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEND, • Have a positive, proactive and collaborative approach Why Apply?
