Key responsibilities Customer service: Act as the first point of contact, welcome customers, and assist with their needs. Pre-screening and support: Conduct pre-screening eye health checks and support the optometrist during eye exams. Sales and dispensing: Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, explaining features and benefits. Dispense, collect, and provide aftercare for glasses and contact lenses. Administrative tasks: Book appointments, manage customer queries, and handle administrative duties associated with prescriptions. Shop floor management: Maintain shop standards, assist with stock, and ensure a positive environment. Essential skills Excellent customer service and communication Sales skills, including upselling Attention to detail and a sense of fashion Patience, tact, and diplomacy A willingness to learn and be part of a team this is a part time role with the premise of being full time in the future. based in Newbury Park thank you
