We are a team of talented, compassionate and dedicated professionals who share our commitment to ensuring that every young person can thrive, succeed and develop the confidence, skills and independence needed for lifelong success. \n As part of Reach South Academy Trust, we support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), primarily relating to Communication and Interaction needs, alongside sensory, medical, emotional and mental health needs. Our students are extraordinary young people with unique strengths, interests and aspirations. We are ambitious for every one of them, believing that with the right support, meaningful relationships and high expectations they can flourish both academically and personally. \n At the heart of our school is a culture of belonging. We are proud to be a school family where every individual is known, valued and respected. Relationships are the foundation of everything we do. Our students thrive because they are surrounded by adults who genuinely care, take time to understand their stories and are committed to helping them achieve their potential. Guided by a philosophy of unconditional positive regard, we recognise that every day offers a fresh opportunity to learn, grow and succeed. Working at ACE Redruth is both rewarding and inspiring - no two days are the same. Our students will challenge you to think creatively, reflect deeply and continually develop your practice. In return, they will reward you with their honesty, humour, resilience and achievements. The impact you make here will be felt long after a student leaves our school. \n We are fortunate to have a talented, supportive and dedicated team who work together to create a nurturing, inclusive and aspirational environment. Together, we strive to ensure every student leaves us as a confident young adult, well prepared for further education, employment and adulthood so they are well prepared for Learning for Lifelong Success. \n \n \n
