We're looking for a Sector Insights Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping how Saint-Gobain understands and responds to the needs of our customers and markets. Working as part of the Commercial Sector team and building relationships with the individual Saint-Gobain Brands, you'll use research, analysis and insight to build a deep understanding of customer behaviours, needs and success factors. You'll help translate that understanding into clear opportunities that inform sector strategies, strengthen our value propositions, and support the development of future solutions across Saint-Gobain UK brands. After identifying and quantifying opportunities, you will work with the innovation and solutions teams to develop customer‑led solutions, acting as the voice of the customer through concept development and testing. This is a full-time permanent role offering hybrid working, with occasional travel for collaboration, successful candidates will need to possess a full UK driving license.
