Conveyancer – Huddersfield A respected and progressive law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Huddersfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer seeking a supportive environment that genuinely prioritises flexibility and work-life balance. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right-to-buy transactions and shared ownership matters. This role offers the chance to play an integral part in delivering a high standard of client care while contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the team. Key Responsibilities \n • Running a broad residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy, • Maintaining excellent client communication and service standards, • Working collaboratively within a friendly and experienced team, • Assisting with matters delegated by the Partner leading the department, • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, • Supervising and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate, • Participating in networking and business development initiatives The firm embraces a modern, adaptable approach to working and understands that flexibility is essential.
