We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a newly established specialist damp and mould team working within the housing sector. • Loughborough, Leicestershire – Southfield Road, LE11 2TU, • £23.00 per hour, • Start ASAP, • 1 Day Office / 4 Days On Site, • Own Vehicle RequiredKey Responsibilities:, • Carry out damp and mould surveys across residential properties, • Diagnose and identify causes of damp and mould issues, • Specify required remedial works and produce clear reports, • Manage remedial works through to completion using in-house teams and external contractors, • Take protimeter readings and record humidity levels during property inspections, • Ensure works are completed in line with housing standards and legislationEssential Requirements:, • Proven experience conducting damp and mould surveys, • Strong knowledge of Awaab’s Law and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), • Ability to confidently identify, diagnose, and recommend solutions for damp and mould problems, • Experience using protimeter equipment to take moisture readings, • Experience managing works through contractors and internal teams Apply now with your CV for immediate consideration.
