We are a growing fast-food restaurant chain looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality burgers, sides, and other menu items to our customers satisfaction, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality burgers, sides, and other menu items to the customers satisfaction Follow recipes and ensure the highest standards are maintained Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met Assist in menu planning and development Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure a smooth kitchen operation Train and supervise junior kitchen staff Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques Knowledge of health and safety regulations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment A culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred Full training will be provided If you are passionate about cooking and have experience in fast-food restaurants, we would love to hear from you.
