We're looking for a LTQR Manager to join our Devonport Royal Dockyard team based in Plymouth. \n Location: Plymouth – Devonport Royal Dockyard Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 08:00 to 17:00 \n We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. \n Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required. In this role, you'll oversee the collation and completion of Lifetime Quality records, including ITPs and ITCs, ensuring handover can be achieved in line with project requirements. Your day-to-day will include: \n\n • Leading the LTQR/ITP process and team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting\n, • Analysing LTQR data to identify trends and areas for improvement\n, • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure records are progressively tracked in line with project requirements\n, • Managing the overall ITP/LTQR tracker and organising regular training sessions with the QA and delivery team\n, • You hold a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Quality, or Construction (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng)\n, • You have proven experience as a LTQR/Completions or QA Manager and are ISO 9001 Lead Auditor trained\n, • You possess strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, with excellent analytical and communication skills\n, • You have experience managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives\n

This is an excellent long-term opportunity to support the delivery of complex works within a live MOD facility. The Role As a Quality Engineer, you will support project delivery teams by ensuring that robust quality management processes are embedded, maintained, and continuously improved throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as a key point of independent quality assurance across site activities, supporting progressive handover, maintaining compliance, and ensuring that work meets strict regulatory, technical, and client standards. Please note: This role requires SC-level security clearance.
