Connect to your Industry This is an opportunity for a 12-month secondment as a Business Analyst (BA) in our UK Digital Services team. You will lead on BA activities across a suite of products and projects that improve the employee experience at Deloitte. You will be working closely with our Product Lead, development team and functional teams across NSE. Your main responsibility will be to ensure requirements are gathered and documented in a manner that supports efficient development and delivery, and with an end user focus. Connect to your opportunity • Proficient in Agile/Lean scrum methodologies e.g. create Epics, Features and User Stories for multi-disciplinary teams and define the business-driven acceptance criteria, • Collaborate and clarify requirements with Product Owners, Engineers and Creative teams to deliver innovative digital solutions, • Collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices, • Management/Facilitation of backlog refinement sessions for engineering teams, • Cross Functional collaboration with stakeholders, including engagement & management for Products, GTOM requirements and working with internal IT and QRS teams during Project Delivery, • Workflow designs & process mapping for new products or features, • Documentation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) based on SSDLC, • Collaborative approach to user story estimation, liaising with relevant stakeholders, • Documentation of GTOM compliance related materials such as Support Models and DPIA Assessments, • Create business cases, upon request, to support new business initiatives, • Identify potential risks, recommending appropriate controls and mitigating actions where appropriate via project RAID logs, • Create, review and update training materials, guidance documents, and Knowledge Base articles, • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution and helping the development of junior resources, • Developing a broad network of relationships with key project stakeholders, business sponsors and SMEs to enable effective decision making, • A clear understanding of how to utilise AI to support products and optimise work within the team, • A strong interest on continuous process improvements, actively reviewing and looking for areas to develop and improve internal team processes Connect to your skills and professional experience • Demonstrable experience in a Business Analysis, • Stakeholder management skills, with gravitas to gain credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, with the ability to challenge where required., • Understanding of the agile development process such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up, • Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge complex information working with colleagues across all levels of the firm., • A strong “can do” attitude with an ability to motivate colleagues to do the same., • Demonstratable appetite to continuously improve technical processes and ways of working., • A role model as a team player with an ability to work collaboratively and positively with others in an open, friendly, flexible and facilitating manner., • Confident and comfortable to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks simultaneously., • Desire to both develop individually and support the Digital Services team to continually review and develop team methodology and ensure a positive perception and brand for the team., • Experience in Design Thinking (optional).
