As the first point of contact for the lounge customers the right candidate will have impeccable customer service skills, balanced with and informal approach and charming personality. It is a demanding role in a 100+ cover lounge so at least two years' experience in a similar role is essential. You should be fluent in English, passionate about deserts,beverages and hospitality.
