We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced chef to fill the position of Sous Chef and joining the kitchen team at Baccalà. We are keen to hear from those with a passion for seafood, wine and hospitality and are willing to learn, grow and share experience within a passionate team. You will work closely and report to the Head Chef, to deliver a healthy business and to support and develop the kitchen team and product.
